The Principal Commissioning Engineer interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. <ul><li>Report to the Commissioning Manager and assist in planning and execution of a safe and efficient Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, and Performance Testing of the facility to achieve the plant&rsquo;s production and performance objectives and Company (MDR) contractual objectives
</li><li>Work collaboration within the Project team and with the Client to maintain positive relationships

 <div>Essential Qualifications and Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Engineering
</li><li>15-20 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant
</li><li>Requires in-depth understanding of concepts, principles, and practices in commissioning, completions, and training as well as basic knowledge of other functions, such as construction and operations &amp; maintenance
</li><li>Applies understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies
</li><li>Preferably possess a degree or diploma or equivalent in engineering
</li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical, refinery, or oil &amp; gas processing facility
</li><li>Have pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up experience on at least 3 major EPC projects in the chemical, refinery, or oil &amp; gas industry
</li><li>Able to effectively communicate technical solutions and concepts to other engineers and non-engineers

 The primary responsibility of the job holder is to manage seamless day to day Operational Services support in line with approved SOP and SLA. All activities under Corporate Onboarding and time deposits are processed efficiently without errors and providing full support to Business in UAT, product launches and process improvements and TAT reductions.
