 Key Responsibilities

 Required Qualifications

 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript).

 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading small engineering teams or pods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, NLP, and integration with enterprise systems.

 Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps frameworks.
 </li>

 Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance in regulated industries.

The salary for this position ranges from $160,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market.
