Review and Manage Guest Ledger/checked out folios with outstanding or credit balances to determine if credit or bill is to be issued.</li><li>
Handle disputed charges, research, and attempt to resolve disputes, provide documentation to confirm accuracy of billing or issues credit as needed.</li><li>
Be prepared to advise the General Manager of all matters relating to accounting. Priorities as the General Manager establishes them shall be completed on a timely basis.

<li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and posting of payments such as cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.</li>
<li>Maintain organized files, records, and statements for accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Reconcile assigned accounts daily or weekly and report any differences to the manager.</li>
<li>Research and resolve payment or billing issues quickly and accurately.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing monthly financial statements and other end-of-month duties.</li>
<li>Verify that charges, taxes, and calculations on invoices are correct and match contracts.</li>
<li>Review and approve credit applications following company policies.</li>
<li>Conduct food and beverage inventory counts and record results.</li>
<li>Enter data into accounting systems and create standard reports and statistics as needed.</li>

Skills & Qualifications

<li>High school diploma required; additional education in Accounting is an asset.</li>
<li>1–2 years of experience in accounting or related financial work.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Able to identify and solve problems effectively.</li>
<li>Professional phone manners and good conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable with learning and using accounting software.</li>

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the One Medical Accounting team, where you will own critical operational accounting processes that ensure the accuracy and integrity of Amazon's healthcare financial statements. In this role, you will manage the monthly close cycle, oversee account reconciliations, and provide detailed flux and variance explanations while supporting internal and external audit requirements.
 
 
As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a trusted consultant and decision-maker, partnering with technology teams and diverse stakeholders to design and implement automated financial processes that improve accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring controlled, compliant accounting operations as Amazon's healthcare business scales, while leading initiatives that streamline financial statement preparation.
 
 
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Accounting and Financial Systems. Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following two disciplines &ndash; Accounting and Financial Systems. Candidate experience should cover operational accounting, month-end close processes, account reconciliation ownership, variance analysis, audit support, accounting requirements documentation, and process design. Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing teams to accomplish unusually complex challenges is expected as this is an ongoing requirement for this position.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
