 Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives, drive product strategy, and successfully deliver digital and operational enhancements for cards and loans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working within regulated financial services environments, with exposure to credit risk, regulatory audits, card scheme compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
 </li>
