<p><b>Food Products Coordinator</b></p><p><b>Bordara LLC &ndash; Doha, Qatar</b></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>The Food Products Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, sourcing, and quality management of food products across Bordara LLC&rsquo;s portfolio. This role ensures that all food items meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while supporting smooth operations between suppliers, production teams, and internal departments.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of food products from approved local and international suppliers</li><li>Monitor product quality, freshness, packaging, and compliance with food safety standards and Qatar regulations</li><li>Assist in developing and launching new food products in collaboration with culinary, procurement, and marketing teams</li><li>Maintain updated product specifications, pricing, and supplier records</li><li>Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and availability</li><li>Conduct market research to identify food trends, new ingredients, and competitive products</li><li>Support supplier negotiations and ensure adherence to contract terms and quality agreements</li><li>Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety protocols</li><li>Handle documentation related to imports, certifications, and product approvals</li><li>Resolve product-related issues including quality complaints, delays, or discrepancies</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in food products, FMCG, or procurement roles</li><li>Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000 preferred)</li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple suppliers and product lines simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>Experience in GCC food import/export operations</li><li>Knowledge of Middle Eastern food market trends</li><li>Bilingual ability (English required; Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul><p><b>Reporting Line</b></p><p>Reports to: Procurement Manager / Food Operations Manager</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per year</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
