WE ARE HIRING &ndash; CONTRACTS MANAGERLocation: Qatar Industry: Infrastructure / Roads / DrainageWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract and commercial management across multiple large-scale infrastructure project sites in Qatar.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, deliverables, and requirements.</li><li>Draft, review, and respond to formal contractual correspondence to protect the company's contractual and commercial position.</li><li>Identify contractual and project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Lead the preparation and negotiation of claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.</li><li>Ensure project activities comply with contract conditions, Qatar regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual disputes through appropriate mechanisms.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on contractual and commercial matters.</li><li>Lead and mentor contract administrators and commercial teams across project sites.</li><li>Manage Cost-Plus Contracts, including cost tracking, payment mechanisms, and transparency of reimbursable works.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management.</li><li>Proven experience in large-scale roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects is essential.</li><li>Experience with PWA / Ashghal projects is highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of Cost-Plus, Lump Sum, and other common construction contract types.</li><li>MRICS, MCIOB, CIArb, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; ATTRIBUTES<ul><li>Excellent contract administration and commercial management skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and contractual correspondence abilities.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction laws, industry standards, and Qatar practices.</li><li>Strong expertise in claims, variations, EOTs, risk management, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in Contracts and Commercial Management?</li><li>Do you have hands-on experience with large-scale roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects?</li><li>Do you have experience working on PWA / Ashghal projects in Qatar?</li><li>Do you have experience managing Cost-Plus Contracts?</li><li>Do you have experience preparing and negotiating claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions?</li><li>Do you have experience handling contractual disputes and supporting dispute resolution?</li><li>What is your current and expected salary?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
