 This role will be responsible of the safe and effective delivery of assigned medium/large project or projects within an overall portfolio of brownfield modifications for client onshore facilities and offshore platforms, including large production and processing complexes within an Engineering and Procurement services contracting model. How you&rsquo;ll make an impact
<ul><li>Leading the successful execution of High Voltage Orders booked in UAE.
</li><li>Monitor and achieve importance KPIs including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
</li><li>Ensure that all order execution related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as schedule commitments.
</li><li>Build up strong relations with customers and manage customer satisfaction by on time execution of projects.
</li><li>Project reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure contract fulfilment.
</li><li>Take an active role in identifying risks, negotiating and resolving escalated issues especially those raised by the customer.
</li><li>To ensure that the portfolio of projects follows good methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures, and that projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers.
</li><li>Lead the coordination of any customer request whether they are related to execution or additional requests to projects which lead for additional sales.
</li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

</li></ul>Your background
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in engineering, or equivalent with strong technical background
</li><li>Experience in High Voltage Industry with exposure to Project Management in Qatar.
</li><li>Project Executed in under EPC added advantage
</li><li>Possess strong leadership skills and ability to lead the team and convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost, and quality.
</li><li>Experience of SAP or another ERP platform knowledge is an advantage.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
</li><li>Capability to develop work practices and to take lessons learned and implement them into the processes.
</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and excellent collaboration and work with cross functional and cross-cultural team.
</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken &amp; written and English is required.
