PROJECT MANAGER | ONE HAT ONE HAND 
One Hat One Hand is seeking a qualified Project Manager with experience in interior design, architecture, event production, industrial design, custom fabrication, and/or construction. The role is primarily a project management position but also requires a strong design sensibility, the ability to design and 3D model in Rhino, and the ability to read and redline architectural drawing sets. The right candidate is detail-oriented, excited by teamwork, and has a background in project management and design for fabrication. 
Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully overseeing and delivering all contracted scope for a given project, incorporating aspects of account management, production management, project management, and design. This role ensures clear communication of the project schedule and deliverables among clients, designers, and the production team. 
Primary Responsibilities

<li>Primary contact for Clients, Consultants, Account Managers, and Project Stakeholders.</li>

<li>Performing Regular 360 project reviews to ensure, budget is reflective of materials, labor, and design. That assets are organized, and departments are aware of the project timeline</li>

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across various divisions including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. The role requires effective communication, problem resolution, and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.
 Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.</li>
<li>Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.</li>
<li>Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.</li>
<li>Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.</li>
<li>Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.</li>
<li>Successfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and all applicable stakeholders.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.</li>
<li>Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources.</li>
<li>Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.</li>
<li>Coordinate and attend site meetings as per customer schedule and requirements.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.</li>
<li>Complete project close-out documents and activities.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).</li>
<li>Current and valid US driver’s license.</li>
<li>At least 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).</li>

<li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications.</li>

<div>In the Project Manager role, you will be responsible for the management of one or more quality improvement projects in the HCQIP department. This individual is also responsible for the analysis of Medicare and Medicaid databases, including claims, review results, management reports, cooperative projects, and special research studies, and supports the Health Care Quality Improvement Program by assisting in the design of quality improvement studies. Duties to include but not limited to:<ul><li>
Managing several projects concurrently. This may include being responsible for ensuring that all planning, data collection, analysis, tracking and reporting are done based on contract requirements.</li><li>
Coordinating the work of staff members from a variety of disciplines (e.g., clinicians, programmers, project data collection staff and intervention area) assigned to a project team.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to present aspects of projects design and data analysis to interested parties with varying backgrounds and using a variety of statistical, spreadsheet, and data base programs.</li><li>
Ability to manage all aspects of a full cycle of a project.</li><li>
Good writing skills with the ability to clearly and thoroughly present quantitative and qualitative review findings to interested parties with varying technical background.</li><li>
Proficiency in the use of statistical software packages, especially SAS programming languages, and other applications like MS Access and SQL Language.</li><li>
Ability to work well independently and with minimal supervision, in an efficient manner.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work with members of all staff in other departments at all levels or familiarity with computers and statistics and on special projects while still adhering to the demands of the Data Analysis Department.</li></ul>
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, health care, public health, public policy or social science with course work including both management and analysis, preferred.</li><li>
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or project Management Professional (PMP) is required.</li><li>
One year experience in medical research, health policy analysis, public health or similar research, evaluation or health care experience, required. Two years of the above experience, preferred.</li></ul>
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $80,000.00 &ndash; $90,000.00. Actual salary range and /or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
