Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead the quality management and assurance framework for a major development program in Qatar, ensuring that project delivery complies with international quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
As Senior Quality Manager, you will provide leadership for the QA/QC function across the program, establishing quality systems, managing audit programs, and ensuring continuous quality improvement across multidisciplinary project teams.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Lead the development and implementation of the program-wide Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with international standards and project requirements.</li><li>
Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.</li><li>

What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree or postgraduate training in Quality Systems or Project/Construction Management preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 18&ndash;20 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a senior quality management role on large-scale infrastructure or development programs.</li><li>
Strong experience delivering projects in the GCC region, particularly within client-representative or PMCM/PMC roles.</li><li>

 Job Description: Data Quality Resource (Qatar Data Trust Index &amp; Open Data)
 
 
 
 Position Summary
 
 
 The Data Quality Resource will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of open data, specifically aligned with Qatar&rsquo;s QDTI (Qatar Data Trust Index) standards. An essential component of this role is also to possess a strong understanding of open data concepts, ensuring that data practices support transparency, accessibility, and public sharing where applicable. This position involves monitoring data processes, implementing quality controls, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data quality and open data initiatives across Government Entities. Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess and monitor data quality based on Qatar Data Trust Index guidelines and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement data validation and cleansing procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with data owners, data stewards, IT teams, and business units to identify and resolve data issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support data migration and transformation projects, ensuring compliance with Data Trust Index standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and implement open data practices, ensuring that data is accessible and in line with open data policies and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate training and awareness on open data principles and the benefits of data transparency.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in data quality management and data Quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Qatar Data Trust Index frameworks and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of open data concepts, including data sharing, licensing, and open data standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of data profiling and data cleansing tools is preferred.
