 What We Look for in a Store Supervisor

 Education: Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

 Experience: At least 3 years in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally within a sports, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.

 Proven experience in leading teams and managing store operations in a high-volume retail setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of customer needs and a strong customer service ethic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members and to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech savvy and comfortable with retail management and point of sale systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
