<ul><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on construction sites</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and construction standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site workers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify hazards and recommend corrective preventive actions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities</li></ul> 

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements</h2>
<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or related field</li></ul>
<ul><li>NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety laws and regulations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in site safety audits and risk management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and training skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to handle emergency situations effectively</li></ul>
