Job Description</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Generate and nurture leads in coordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities to drive targeted revenue growth.</li>
<li>Cultivate and nurture leads within assigned geographies, leveraging a value-based approach to create opportunities.</li>
<li>Manage and expand existing business relationships to generate sustainable revenue growth, including exploring additional regions and products.</li>
<li>Understand and analyze customers' business objectives to act as a consultant, translating their strategies into valuable opportunities for Aramex.</li>
<li>Present solutions to customers, demonstrating business value and alignment with their goals.</li>
<li>Identify and develop relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations to maximize leverage for Aramex.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the solutions group to define innovative solutions that address customer needs and add value to their business operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Perform all aspects of the sales process and update customer information using CRM systems.</li>
<li>Network with industry professionals and internal affiliates to share best practices and stay informed about industry trends, marketing, and sales strategies.</li>

<li>8 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and shipping industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving organizational and personal sales objectives, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and industry knowledge to effectively understand and address customer needs.</li>
<li>Strong customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions and build rapport with customers.</li>
<li>Proficiency in working with global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals specific to the commercial organization.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus.</li></ul><br>
