This role focuses on managing export operations, supporting sales activities, and delivering a high level of customer service within the international shipping industry.  </li>

 Follow up with clients on quotations, inquiries, and sales leads

 Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines, airlines, trucking providers, and overseas agents
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor export shipment schedules and update clients on cargo status
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle operational issues and resolve export discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Update CRM and pricing systems with shipment and customer data
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sales growth by targeting export customers through LinkedIn and other channels
