1. Provide management oversight for the identification, triage and response of events or incidents of apparent security breaches to maintain the security posture.

</p><p>3. Identify and handle incidents, which need special attention or escalation to secure the overall bank&rsquo;s security and mitigate potential risks.
</p><p>4. Direct the creation and maintenance of incident response run books of the Analysts team run-books.</p>

5. Act as a lead throughout incident scenarios and provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity incident response to facilitate the investigation and root cause analysis.</p>

6. Ensure proper reporting for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual security posture, SOC and executive reporting and dashboards.</p>

7. Recommend security solutions based on security postures and gaps identified.</p>

8. Manage communication with other departments to facilitate investigation process.</p>

9. Develop and update SLA between SOC and other departments when required and maintain SLA.</p>

 We are looking for a hands on Senior Security Engineer to secure our cloud and platform environments. This role works closely with engineering teams and focuses on building, reviewing, and operating security controls using Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and custom security services written in Go and TypeScript.

 Secure Cloud Deployment:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Design, implement, and manage secure cloud deployments across AWS and GCP environments using Terraform.
  </li>
  <li>
   Kubernetes &amp; GitOps Security: Deploy and manage both internal and third‑party security products within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with GitOps workflows using tools like Argo CD and Flux, and Helm charts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Security Automation &amp; Tooling: Design and build security tooling and services using Go and TypeScript.
  </li>
  <li>
   Misconfiguration Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and remediate cloud misconfigurations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cloud Architecture Guidance: Provide guidance to Engineering teams on secure architecture.
  </li>
  <li>
   Threat Detection &amp; Response: Build and optimize cloud-native detection rules and alerting pipelines to monitor for suspicious activities within the cloud and container workloads.

  Required Skills &amp; Experience:

  <li>
   8+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or platform engineering roles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience securing production workloads in AWS and GCP.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience designing and securing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep understanding of Kubernetes security, including troubleshooting Helm deployments and GitOps-based workflows.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong programming skills in Go and TypeScript, with Python used for automation where appropriate.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Certifications (Required) Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) Certifications (Preferred) AWS Certified Security
  </li>
  <li>
   Specialty Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
  </li>
  <li>
   Nice-to-Have Experience with Policy-as-Code frameworks such as Open Policy Agent (OPA).

Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.</li><li>Maintains the work environment, practices and training to avoid accidents and hazards and contributes to a safe and healthy work environment.</li><li>Drive Operational control through Metrics/KPI Management.</li><li>Ensures contingency plans are in place for emergencies. These include approved business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans etc.</li><li>Conducts incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis, Site Stand Downs and drive consequence Management for all incidents.</li><li>Inspires and behaves with unquestioned integrity and in accordance with CBRE Ethics Policy.</li><li>Manage Life Cycle Assessment and Capital Planning Process.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement and innovation comparative against Area, Geo and Peer groups.</li><li>Delivers services based on contract scope of work with full understanding of the scope variances by site (e.g. client provided, 3d party, self-perform, LL, etc.)</li><li>Leads site financial forecasting requirements. Drives compliant financial practices to ensure on time and compliant billing.</li><li>Manages a budget and own analysis of variations and action planning.</li><li>Drives enhancements to recurring spend actual (Labor/Sub/Materials, Optimize Self Perform utilization, Control Variable spend).</li><li>Drives initiatives to achieve/exceed budget expectations at the site.</li></ul><br>

Client Management:</b><br>
<ul><li>Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients &amp; attends regular client meetings.</li><li>Lead OPIs &amp; KPIs agreed as per MSA</li><li>Ensure all client objectives are met on a timely manner</li><li>Provide data analysis &amp; reports as requested by client on a timely manner</li><li>First point of contact for the office of the client team. Be present on site to answer queries from employees, visitors, contractors via telephone or e-mail.</li></ul><br>

Facility Management:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Building Maintenance:</b></li></ul><br>
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.<br>
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.<br>
o Deliver Statutory &amp; Non-statutory Work Orders as assigned and close reactive requests through Si7 tool (ticketing system)<br>
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.<br>
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.<br>
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.<b>

<ul><li><b>Soft Services: </b>Manage and deliver which includes (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Catering. Etc)</li><li><b>Projects: </b>Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li><b>Vendors&rsquo; Management:</b></li></ul><b>
 </b>o Ensure vendors delivers as per scope &amp; scorecards, trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.<br>
 o Conducting supplier surveys &amp; tenders.<br>
 o Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding.<br>
 o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Provides process and procedure training.<br>
 o Performs all activities necessary to accomplish within cost, schedule and quality objectives, the procurement of a wide variety of complex material / mainly service requirements as required to fulfil the material needs of client needs.<br>
 o Achieves established cost improvement goals. Develops, manages and maintains historical / information and records for all assigned commodities.<br>
<ul><li>Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.</li><li>In addition to all above, other duties may be assigned by the line manager</li></ul><br>
<b>
Education &amp; Experience:</b><br>
<br>
<ul><li>(5-7 Years minimum), operations experience of facilities management or service delivery possible specialist areas such as M&amp;E, catering, security and cleaning.</li><li>Facility Management certification will be a plus. Driving license may be required.</li><li>Industry expertise such as Critical Environments, Pharma, Finance and Oil &amp; Gas are valued and preferred. Commercial and financial awareness.</li><li>Factory experience is a plus.</li><li>PC literate. CMMS experience (WO Management Process) preferred</li></ul><br>
