The Position</div><div>
The division is looking for Senior Mobile Developer &ndash; Team Lead to work as part of its team to be responsible for the development and maintenance of its mobile applications that meet both technical requirements and business objectives.</div><div>
The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi resource centre office as an extension of the division-based R&amp;D department.</div><div> 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</div><div><ul><li>
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (React Native/iOS/Android/Xamarin), providing guidance, code reviews, and technical oversight.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Develop high-quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Setting technical direction, defining best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Determining the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate technologies, and designing scalable and maintainable solutions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Communicate directly with customers when needed to troubleshoot issues, gather context, and ensure satisfaction with mobile solutions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning among team members.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Resolving technical challenges and addressing issues that arise during the development process, leveraging their expertise to find effective solutions and keep projects on track.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Work closely with other team members, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to translate project requirements into technical solutions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Offer guidance and support to team members, helping them navigate technical challenges, understand complex concepts, and improve their skills.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ensure that code reviews are conducted regularly as part of the development process to maintain code quality, identify bugs, and prevent technical debt.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Participate in agile planning and stand-up meetings as necessary.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Minimum:</div><div>
Required Education and Experience:</div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
7+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 3 years using React Native.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and design principles</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
7+ years of experience with testing mobile applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern frameworks.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div><div>
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</div><div><ul><li>
