 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Employee Relations
 
 
 
 . Manage employee relations cases, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
 
 
 . Advise managers on employee relations matters and ensure the consistent application of company policies.
 
 
 . Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
 
 
 . Prepare investigation reports, disciplinary documentation, and recommendations.

 Recruitment &amp; Hiring
 
 
 
 . Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
 
 
 . Conduct competency-based interviews and assess shortlisted candidates.
 
 
 . Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations based on business and role requirements.
 
 
 . Participate in final interviews for key positions to ensure the selection of the best talent.

 Learning &amp; Development
 
 
 
 . Develop and deliver training initiatives that support employee performance, operational excellence, and continuous development.

 . Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements where needed.
 
 
 . Performance Management &amp; Development
 
 
 . Coordinate and support the Company's annual performance appraisal cycle.
 
 
 . Monitor appraisal completion and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion.
 
 
 . Prepare and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Personal Development Plans (PDPs) in partnership with managers.
 
 
 . Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and follow-up actions.
 
 
 . Monitor employee progress and provide recommendations to support performance improvement and career development.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Offboarding
 
 
 
 . Manage the end-to-end offboarding process in accordance with Company policy and UAE Labour Law.
 
 
 . Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback.
 
 
 . Process employee separations in the HR system and ensure all offboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
 
 
 . Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and compliant separation process.
 
 
 . Prepare offboarding reports and identify trends to support employee retention initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 
 . Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
 
 
 . Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
 
 
 . Proven experience handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
 
 
 . Experience conducting competency-based interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
 
 
 . Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
 
 
 . Experience managing performance appraisal cycles, PIPs, IDPs, and PDPs.
