The Compliance Monitoring Audit Manager &ndash; Operations is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the Compliance Monitoring System within our regulated environment. It requires close collaboration with the Manager Compliance Monitoring - Operations and involves working with various levels of leadership within Qatar Airways (QR), as well as senior management representatives from external agencies. The Compliance Monitoring Manager &ndash; Operations will be responsible for managing and conducting the day-to-day activities within the Compliance Monitoring System. <b>Specific responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Manage assigned audits considering regulations and industry standards; including audit planning, document control, evidence gathering and audit reports</li><li>Conduct opening and closing meetings with Nominated Persons and Senior Management personnel from within QR and Ground Handling Companies in relation to audits planned/accomplished.
