Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and ensuring that all project costs are effectively managed in alignment with project budgets and scopes
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for infrastructure projects, including:
<ul><li>Roads and Highways: Pavement structures, road alignments, intersections, and associated works.
</li><li>Drainage Systems: Stormwater drainage, sewerage networks, and flood control systems.
</li><li>Utilities: Water supply networks, electrical cabling, telecommunications, and gas pipelines.
</li><li>Civil Works: Bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other supporting structures.

</li><li>Certification or accreditation from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is preferred.
</li><li>Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
