Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering:

<li>Work closely with key business users, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end process for requirement gathering, ensuring that business stakeholders’ needs are addressed while balancing technical constraints and best practices.</li>

Solution Design and Configuration: 
<ul>
<li>Senior Consultant the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including modules like Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Profitability Analysis (PA).</li>
<li>Conduct workshops and meetings to define and validate business requirements, ensuring the solution meets Client’s financial reporting, compliance, and operational needs.</li>
<li>Provide deep knowledge of integration points between SAP Finance and other modules such as SAP MM, SD, and PS.</li>
</ul>
Testing and Validation: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets functional, technical, and business requirements.</li>
<li>Develop test scripts, conduct workshops, and coordinate with various teams to validate the SAP S/4HANA Finance solution.</li>
</ul>
Training and Knowledge Transfer: 
<ul>
<li>Provide guidance and training to key users, functional Senior Consultants, and business stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities and changes.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth knowledge transfer from consultants and developers to end-users post-implementation.</li>
</ul>
Continuous Improvement and Optimization: 
<ul>
<li>Monitor the performance of the SAP Finance system post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Senior Consultant initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve the integration of SAP Finance with other enterprise systems.</li>
</ul>
Documentation and Compliance: 
<ul>
<li>Ensure that all project documentation, including system configuration, user guides, and process documentation, is kept up to date and complies with Client’s governance and audit standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions adhere to industry standards, legal regulations, and internal compliance policies, including IFRS.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration and Team Senior Consultantership: 
<ul>
<li>Senior Consultant and mentor a team of consultants, both internal and external, ensuring that the SAP Finance module is delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other SAP consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure the entire system works cohesively.</li>
</ul>
Risk Management: 
<ul>
<li>Identify potential risks during the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring the project runs smoothly and is completed without major disruptions.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to Senior Consultantership on progress, issues, risks, and solutions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
Professional Experience: 
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with at least 3-5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Senior Consultanting SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.</li>
<li>Experience as a Senior Consultant or Product Manager managing complex finance systems and transformations in large-scale organizations.</li>
</ul>
Educational Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance modules (FI/CO) is highly mandatory.</li>
</ul>
Project Management: 
<ul>
<li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred for execution and delivery of the program.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile or other relevant methodologies for large-scale SAP transformations.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Senior Consulting cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.</li>
</ul>
Technical Expertise: 
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules, including new functionalities introduced in S/4HANA (e.g., New GL, S/4HANA Financial Reporting).</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP Finance modules, integrating SAP with other business systems (e.g., SAP MM, SD, HR).</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance user interfaces and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting is desirable.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data migration techniques for SAP, including the use of SAP Data Services or SAP S/4HANA migration tools.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Experience in the aviation or travel industry.</li>
<li>Familiarity with financial compliance regulations specific to the UAE and international markets.</li>
