<p>Streamline Graphics is a Kansas City print and graphics company specializing in vehicle wraps, wide format printing, vinyl graphics, apparel, and graphic design. We are looking for an Account Manager / Graphic Designer who can own client relationships from first conversation through project completion while producing professional-quality design work.</p><p>This is a hands-on role. You will talk directly with customers, prepare quotes, manage orders, coordinate with production staff, and create print-ready artwork. Job Overview</b></h2>

A unique position in which Logistics Trainer 3 is responsible for the execution of material logistics in a data center environment. This includes the shipping/receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting of data center material.</p><p><b><br>
How You Will Make An Impact:</b></p><ul><li>
Deliver a defined technical training curriculum in both in-person and virtual classroom environments.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Product Management team and cross-functional groups to develop high-quality training courses.</li><li>
Plan training logistics and create communication templates for large technical rollouts.</li><li>
Understand the training needs of various communities by working closely with Operations Managers and Development Teams.</li><li>
Onboard, train, and collaborate with contract IT Trainers and other technology vendors.</li><li>
Work with the Training Program Manager to plan, build, and update the training curriculum and Certification exams.</li><li>
Develop course materials, including slide decks, lab handouts, lecture manuals, assessments, and reference guides.</li><li>
Support the creation of digital content such as videos and interactive materials for a Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>
Provide constructive feedback to the technical publications team to enhance training courses, certifications, and digital content.</li><li>
Travel up to 40% as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What You Will Need To Succeed:</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or equivalent experience is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills are required.</li><li>
Curiosity and passion for learning.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li><li>
Exemplary customer service mindset, high motivation, and a team player.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas independently.</li><li>
Availability and willingness to travel.</li><li>
Experience in technical writing is advantageous.</li><li>
Relevant experience in computer sciences is advantageous</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
