 We are looking for Application Server and DevOps Engineer to manage our Application Servers and our on-premise cloud infrastructure and DevOps ecosystem on Redhat Openshift , Anthos and Open Source K8S with various tools.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop frameworks, techniques, and tools to provide increased quality and agility for our Development teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Build infrastructure as code to create highly scalable and configurable environments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop pipelines for development, QA, operations, and other teams as needed,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, and monitoring of application servers, on-premise cloud infrastructure, and non-cloud systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Capacity planning, performance analysis, and incident management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure maximum system availability and uptime for our IIS environments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and software,
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and develop platforms with a focus on automating processes using scripting languages and automation platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand disaster recovery and business continuity concepts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Use automation and configuration tools effectively,
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand application development lifecycles and continuous deployment tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of work experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with .Net runtime problem determination, administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with shell, Python, and PowerShell scripting and UNIX knowledge,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of modern software development practices and frameworks (such as JavaScript/.Net/Java),
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of log aggregation solutions such as Elasticsearch
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, K8s
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of distributed messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) tools (Dynatrace)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Network and Security Virtualization Platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, analytical thinker, strong team player, motivated and result-oriented personality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of DevOps tools and culture,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with containerizing and orchestrating Docker (preferably with Kubernetes)
 </li>
