<li>Ensuring working capital by reviewing receivables/recovery of client's invoices covering gross, media, commission and applicable taxes followed by the agreement.</li>
<li>Monitoring the reconciliations of receivables and bulk discounts on monthly basis based upon the BD utilization status.</li>
<li>Evaluating all client contracting &amp; management i.e. credit notes &amp; debit notes based on CFO approval.</li>
<li>Evaluating the billing staff performance appraisal, taking feedback and provide coaching to raise the bar and ensure maximum efficiency.</li>
<li>Supervising the employees in terms of billing procedures, policies and monthly targets to maintain the discipline and ensure that the work is timely &amp; well-managed.</li>
<li>Supporting Human resources with internal client reporting, budgeting &amp; analysis.</li>

Experience &amp; Qualification:

<li>MBA (Finance)/ACCA qualified/CA part qualified with articleship completed from a reputed firm of Chartered Accountant.</li>
