 Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.

 Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.

 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold the Four Seasons&rsquo; commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.

 </ul>
 
 What You Bring

 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or resort.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
 </li>

 <li>
 Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on operational needs.

What you will do
<ul><li>Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients as it pertains to the spa, fitness and other areas within the hotel (inclusive of outdoor pool).
</li><li>Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
</li><li>Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person.
</li><li>Ensure the reception area is kept neat, tidy and organized.
</li><li>Be knowledgeable about treatments, products, procedures, techniques, training sessions and equipment when selling to hotel and external guests alike.
</li><li>Reach upsell target as set forth separately.
</li><li>Operate the computer, copier, Spa reservations system and credit card machines.
</li><li>Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.
</li><li>Verify the attendant staff is present.
</li></ul>What you bring
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
</li><li>Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic &amp; English languages.
</li><li>Excellent customer service, attention to details and communication skills.
</li><li>Works well in a team environment, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

What you will do
<ul><li>Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
</li><li>Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
</li><li>Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
</li><li>Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.
</li><li>Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
</li><li>Report any complaints to the management team.
</li><li>Upsell Spa products considering guests&rsquo; needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
</li></ul>What you bring
<ul><li>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
</li><li>This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
</li><li>Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
</li><li>Proper license and qualifications are required.
