You will support process improvement initiatives, partner in Kaizen events, and help leverage data and AI to drive operational excellence across the business. This is a highly cross-functional role in blending software engineering, manufacturing operations, analytics, and continuous improvement. This is a backend-first, systems-oriented role. While the position spans the full stack, most of the long-term leverage comes from backend architecture: data modeling, authorization and RBAC, auditability, and secure multi-site design.
