With the guidance of the Manager of Benefits, the intern will:<ul><li>
Learn about Eataly North America&rsquo;s strategies, systems, processes, and tools related to health &amp; welfare benefits, retirement, leave management, vendor coordination, and benefits communications.</li><li>
Evaluate the current benefits structures and develop a data-driven recommendation for expanding benefits in a way that supports retention, engagement, and market competitiveness while maintaining financial sustainability.</li><li>
Design presentations for LOA training for store management, creating scripts for these to be digitalized and presented by our internal AI tool.</li><li>
Audit and review retirement plans, proactively identifying discrepancies before formal audits and helping to strengthen internal controls.</li><li>
Assist with open enrollment preparation, communications, and employee education materials for US and Canada enrollment periods.</li><li>
Help with data input of compa-ratios into HRIS system, communicating benchmarking to local HR, and ensuring exceptions are flagged separately for future reference.</li><li>

As a Summer Design Strategy Intern in Gensler&rsquo;s New York office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.</div><div></div><div>
This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. This position is not remote.</div><div></div><div>
What You Will Do</div><div></div><div>
Working across a range of client industries and services, primary responsibilities will include end-user research, secondary research, production of client deliverables, programming, design standards development, and change management communications. Our Strategy Studio has expertise spanning workplace strategy, experience strategy, change management, programming, real estate positioning, portfolio analysis, master planning, innovation consulting, design guidelines, and web tool development.</div><ul><li>

Possess outstanding strategic, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Strong InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills</li><li>
Revit experience is a plus</li><li>

<div>The Morgan Library &amp; Museum welcomes applications for its 2026 paid summer internship program.
The program will provide an introduction to the variety of career opportunities available in museums
and special collection libraries. Each intern will be assigned to a department relevant to their interest
and work with departmental staff on timely topics in that area. Interns will also have the opportunity to
learn about the Morgan, and the museum and special collection fields more generally, through
professional development opportunities such as facility tours and meetings with museum leadership.
The Morgan especially seeks to provide opportunities to candidates with experiences and perspectives
that have not been adequately reflected in the museum and special collection libraries fields.
Internships are available in several areas. Please note that this application pertains only to the internship
described below, not to the program overall. Detailed application instructions are provided below.
Position Description:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Imaging and Rights. The department
provides access to the Morgan&rsquo;s rare collections via digital surrogates and clears rights and permissions
for various uses. The successful candidate will assist with an inventory of analogue image assets and
paper files, in addition to assisting with preparing images for use in Morgan publications and exhibition-
related projects such as press and publicity, audio guides, and Morgan Shop uses, organizing images and
tracking spreadsheets, assisting with print color proofing, and maintaining image and copyright credits.
The intern will also update descriptive metadata in image files and will ingest these prepared image files
into the Morgan digital asset management system (DAM). This requires accessing databases,
embedding metadata into image files, and, after DAM ingest, reviewing, revising, and correcting data
when necessary.
Eligibility:<ul><li>
 Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student</li><li>
 Strong interest in a career in the museum or library field</li><li>
 Eligibility to work in the United States; international candidates must be eligible to participate in a paid internship program in the United States</li><li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>
Compensation: $19 per hour.
Summer internships are onsite at the Morgan, with interns generally working up to 28 hours per week
for up to 12 weeks, beginning at the end of May and running through mid to late August.
