 The Senior Internal Controls Analyst is responsible for strengthening and scaling the company&rsquo;s internal control environment across manufacturing and operational processes. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs, financial controls, and end-to-end process governance across purchasing, production, inventory, and sales. </div><div>Responsibilities:
</div><div><ul><li>Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals
</li><li>Responsible for all global orders, new, amendments and renewals, with an emphasis on Global majors, Strategic Customers, Large Regional Customer &amp; highly complex orders for order resolution
</li><li>Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing
</li><li>Monitor escalations from different stakeholders such as Sales, Client Services and other teams. Gather response or clarity from sales and different teams involved for prompt completion of cases.
</li><li>Assist sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, rebill requests, and all pertinent queries
</li><li>Provide the highest level of contract management support to the sales organization, regularly attend BPM meeting &amp; report deal and case status on key accounts both written &amp; verbally as needed.
</li><li>100% adherence to CPQ ecosystem and adoption of all service procedures that provides business partners with comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics.
</li><li>Meet or exceed business SLA&rsquo;s and business process requirements through effective prioritization, timely problem resolution &amp; follow all prioritization instructions
</li><li>Work across S&amp;P Global Energy organization to resolve any sales contract management issues in a timely manner
</li><li>Contribute to regular review, suggestions, collaboration &amp; updating of all processes &amp; workflows within the department
</li><li>Document all activities, communication and progress of case management in CPQ
</li><li>Provide information as needed for audit as required

</div><div>Education:
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related education and experience.
</li></ul></div><div>Work Experience:
</div><div><ul><li>1-3 years related work experience or related degree
</li><li>Contract management experience
</li><li>Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus 
 </li></ul></div><div>Skills:
</div><div><ul><li>Operational Management: Ability to assist in daily operational activities and understand the workflow dynamics of the team.
</li><li>Performance Improvement: Skills in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance team efficiency.
</li><li>Data Entry Proficiency: Expertise in performing accurate contract data entry in CPQ systems.
</li><li>Order Management: Knowledge of managing global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals, particularly for complex accounts.
</li><li>Case Tracking and Resolution: Strong analytical skills to track case statuses and ensure smooth transaction processing.
</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively assisting sales and reporting on key account statuses.
</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to monitor escalations and gather necessary information for prompt resolution of issues.
</li><li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in contract management and data entry tasks.
</li><li>Adherence to Procedures: Commitment to following CPQ ecosystem procedures and business SLAs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
</li><li>Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively across different departments and teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
</li><li>Audit Preparedness: Skills in providing required information for audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
</li><li>Adaptability: Flexibility to complete other assignments as required and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
