The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Manager and collaborates cross-functionally with merchandising, finance, and retail teams. This is an individual contributor role with no managerial authority. The officer is expected to execute operational tasks with accuracy, adhere to internal SOPs, and contribute actively to the department&rsquo;s performance targets.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Raise and process purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.</li><li>Maintain a current vendor database including contact details, lead times, and pricing.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.</li><li>Assist in evaluating vendor performance on a quarterly basis against agreed benchmarks.</li><li>Monitor daily stock levels across warehouse and retail outlets and flag discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of physical versus system inventory.
