Act as a subject matter specialist for SharePoint Online (SharePoint 365), supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Prompt configuration, creation and maintenance of the primary alerts, FTL rules, expiries system and scheduling restrictions within TOPS so that the Crew Resources and IOC teams can adequately identify and correct possible regulatory or company requirement breeches before they occur.</p></li><li><p>
Work with end-users to identify ineffective or inefficient use of supported systems, suggesting improvements, work-arounds and possible software enhancements.</p></li><li><p>
Work with end-users to identify system / software limitations for customisation and improvement so has to improve the effectiveness of the job the end-user is undertaking.</p></li><li><p>
Properly scope and clarify any software customisation / change and provide necessary and concise change documentation to the software vendors in order to ensure such developments carried out meet the business requirements and objectives of the user community.</p></li><li><p>
