 Responsibilities

 Proactive and ability to work independently.

 Design validation of the architectural design in relation to fa&ccedil;ade.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify / define fa&ccedil;ade systems suitable for specific project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop fa&ccedil;ade engineering and fa&ccedil;ade access details
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in 3D for fa&ccedil;ade presentation. Basic knowledge in rendering is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend regular coordination meeting with other disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to present fa&ccedil;ade system ideas to the architect and other disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support senior technical engineer in technical review of the fa&ccedil;ade engineering design package.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, ability to solve fa&ccedil;ade issues such as clashes etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress and plan project requirements and deliverables ensuring on-time delivery.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in architecture / civil engineering / building construction or equivalent with 5-8 year experience in fa&ccedil;ade engineering and design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge in fa&ccedil;ade access / BMU design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge in fa&ccedil;ade engineering analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and Microsoft office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge in UAE FLS code, Dubai building code and international codes is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge / high-level of familiarity with building fa&ccedil;ade systems, materials and construction and implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge in fa&ccedil;ade design requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Only candidates from design consultancy background will be preferred.
