The Talent Acquisition Manager will take the lead to ensure Rosewood Abu Dhabi becomes the most progressive and innovative property that attracts world-class talent. This includes leading Employer Branding initiatives, adopting the latest technology in recruiting and designing the best candidate experience for the hotel. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing and executing initiatives to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates for Rosewood Abu Dhabi.</p><p></p><p><b>
RESPONSIBILITES:</b></p><p></p><ul>
<li>Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and address hiring needs in close partnership with business leaders.</li>
<li>Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.</li>
<li>Liaise with recruitment agencies when required, ensuring competitive rates are negotiated.</li>

<li>Design and deliver on the best-in-class Candidate Experience components, including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement.</li>
<li>Manage the overall relationship with top target schools and institutions. Oversees campus recruiting and student marketing activities.</li>
<li>Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.</li>
<li>Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand at Career Fairs and College/University open days as requested to represent opportunities within Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Rosewood Hotels.</li>
<li>Contribute to the company&rsquo;s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement.</li>
<li>Leverage the latest recruiting technology, tools, and software (e.g., LinkedIn, Application Tracking System) to achieve cost efficiency and deliver excellent candidate experience.</li>
<li>Ensure all vacancies assigned are filled in a timely manner in line with Rosewood Abu Dhabi authorized headcount and budget for the associate level.</li>
<li>Workforce planning for future needs considering trends, legislation, and government support packages.</li>
<li>Maintain a candidate management system to ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.</li>
<li>Compile job advertisements ensuring maximum coverage of the vacancy, at a minimum of one week on our internal vacancy list.</li>
<li>Ensure that reference requests are sent and received for all new starters within the probation period and non-satisfactory references are communicated to the head of the department.</li>
<li>Assisting with recruitment activities by screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews as designated in line with Rosewood interview standards, and dealing with general enquires relating to vacancies in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires, including coordinating internal announcements to introduce them to the team.
</li><li>Manage work visa applications when applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
</li><li>Arrange travel logistics such as commencement tickets for new employees, when required.
</li><li>Maintain and regularly update the weekly recruitment report, providing accurate status updates to all relevant departments.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>OSHAD RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p><p>
While at work, (and while on work premises) an associate shall:</p><p></p><ul>

<li>Attend all training arranged by Hygiene, Health &amp; Safety Manager such as OSH training, safety Induction, on the job training, tool box talks, etc.</li>

<li>Held accountable and committed whatever it takes to comply with the company&rsquo;s OSHMS Policies, OSHMS Procedure, &amp; Operational Works Instruction and any other relevant legislation applies within the organization.</li>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical and administrative roles, while also supporting general <b>HR and administrative functions</b>.</p><p>This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is <b>willing to perform overtime when required</b> to meet project deadlines and recruitment targets.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Source, identify, and screen potential candidates for open positions within the company, particularly for engineering, construction, and project-related roles.</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry contacts).</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.</li><li>Schedule and arrange interviews, prepare shortlists, and maintain candidate databases.</li><li>Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and offer letters.</li><li>Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, employee records, and other related HR duties.</li><li>Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.</li><li>Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for HR management.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Line Manager.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in <b>Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</b>.</li><li>Minimum <b>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience</b> in <b>recruitment and HR administration</b> within a <b>construction or contracting company</b> in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR systems.</li><li><b>Willing to work extended hours</b> and adapt to changing priorities when required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Attributes:</b></p><ul><li>Experience sourcing for technical roles such as project managers, engineers, supervisors, and project support staff.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>We have to fill this position at the earliest, will you be able to join in one (1) month or less?</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>talent acquisition (construction  / contracting): 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
