 Requirements

 Practical experience coordinating employee onboarding and probation review processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, employee objectives, and performance documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience maintaining HR records, employee trackers, and management reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee information and documentation.
 </li>

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
