 As a Principal Executive Recruiter At Hungerstation, You&rsquo;ll

 Spearhead end-to-end executive recruitment strategies, aligning with HungerStation's growth and business objectives in the Saudi and MENA markets.

 Partner directly with C-level stakeholders in Hungerstation to understand organizational needs and deliver top-tier leadership talent across business functions.

 <li>
 Leverage deep market intelligence and talent mapping to identify, engage, and secure high-impact executives across the GCC and global markets.

 Work cross-functionally with the central Executive Search team on relevant hiring needs

 Executive Search Expertise: Proven track record of placing senior-level talent (VP, C-suite) within fast-paced, high-growth organizations, ideally in tech or e-commerce sectors.

 Strategic Partnership: Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership on hiring strategy and market conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Talent Intelligence &amp; Mapping: Deep experience with market research, competitive talent mapping, and proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill executive roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.

 <li>
 Cultural &amp; Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the GCC/Saudi Arabian talent landscape, labor laws, and local hiring nuances.

 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and has a sharp eye for talent. You will play a critical role in building our team by maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline and using several interviewing techniques to assess potential.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Sourcing &amp; Pipelining:
 
 Build a network of eligible candidates for current and future openings using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

 Screening &amp; Compliance:

 Process Management:
