<p>Position Overview</p><p>The Marketing &amp; Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase attendance, drive online ticket sales, and grow brand awareness.</p><p>This role oversees social media, content creation, website updates, SimpleTix event management, email communications, influencer campaigns, and community collaborations.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both creative execution and strategic planning.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Social Media Strategy &amp; Management</p><ul><li>Develop and execute monthly content calendars</li></ul><ul><li>Create engaging story sequences (polls, sliders, countdowns, CTAs)</li></ul><ul><li>Write compelling promotional captions and campaign messaging</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute seasonal campaign rollouts</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategy</li></ul><p>Content Creation</p><ul><li>Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at the farm</li></ul><ul><li>Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style content)</li></ul><ul><li>Design graphics for events, ticket bundles, and promotions</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Develop promotional materials for digital and print use</li></ul><p>Influencer &amp; Creator Campaign Management</p><ul><li>Identify, recruit, and manage local influencers and content creators</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate hosted visits and promotional partnerships</li></ul><ul><li>Develop campaign briefs and track deliverables</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee giveaway collaborations and cross-promotions</li></ul><ul><li>Measure influencer campaign performance and ROI</li></ul><p>Website Management</p><ul><li>Update website with current events, promotions, and ticket links</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure event pages are clear, accurate, and conversion-focused</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain consistent messaging across all digital platforms</li></ul><p>Event &amp; Ticket Platform Management (SimpleTix)</p><ul><li>Create and manage events in SimpleTix</li></ul><ul><li>Set up ticket bundles, pricing structures, and availability</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor ticket sales performance and reporting</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accurate integration between website, email, and social platforms</li></ul><p>Email &amp; Media Communications</p><ul><li>Manage the Tinez Farms email inbox</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to customer, media, and partnership inquiries</li></ul><ul><li>Draft and send promotional email campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate press outreach and event announcements</li></ul><p>Community Partnerships</p><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate cross-promotions and sponsorship opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Develop community collaborations that expand brand reach</li></ul><p>Strategy &amp; Performance Tracking</p><ul><li>Analyze campaign performance and ticket sales data</li></ul><ul><li>Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new marketing opportunities and trends</li></ul><p>Ideal Candidate</p><ul><li>2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or digital content</li></ul><ul><li>Strong copywriting and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable with website updates and event ticket platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Skilled in Canva, content creation tools, and short-form video editing</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Able to manage multiple seasonal campaigns simultaneously</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Do you know how to write in Spanish?</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English and Spanish (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
