This Position reports to:
LBL Service Delivery Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:<ul><li>
Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer&rsquo;s operations and eliminate pain points.</li><li>
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.</li><li>
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.</li><li>
Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering degree.</li><li>
Must have minimum 8 years of experience of at least 5 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based safety systems preferably in Oil &amp; Gas / Power &amp; Water industry.</li><li>
Good hands-on experience in system 800xA based integrated control and safety system (both hardware and software) is a Must-have with AC800M HI library-based application development &ndash; project &amp; commissioning</li><li>
Knowledge of FSMS (functional safety management system) is a Must-have for this role and valid Functional Safety certifications preferred such as TUV FS engineer, ABB certifications etc.</li><li>
Knowledge of Functional safety technical standards IEC61511, IEC61508 and corresponding system engineering practice experience.</li><li>
Hands on Experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration</li><li>
Hands on experience in Cyber security for 800xA based systems</li><li>
