Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.- Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly.- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.- Provide information regarding company services and address client concerns.- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.- Meet daily and weekly call targets.Requirements:- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a calling, telesales, or customer service role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency.- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.- Preference will be given to female applicants.Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
