We are looking for diverse and motivated individuals to join our team here in Boston. When you join our team you will work with a supportive group of Advanced Practice Providers, Attending Physicians and Fellows. You will be responsible for taking care of Pre and Post-operative highly acute cardiac patients, along with children who have cardiac medical needs in the intensive care unit. We have an extensive Orientation Program to prepare you for taking care of these critically ill patients and to thrive here at Boston Children&rsquo;s. As a member of the Acute Psychiatry Service (APS) Provider Team, the Advanced Practice Provider will assume the role of responding clinician in the assessment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, education, and management of the patient, in particular the patient awaiting admission to a psychiatric inpatient facility. The patient may be evaluated or seen in follow-up while in the APS, the main ED or an associated observation/ boarding unit.<br>

</p><p>The Account Executive - Advanced Hemostasis and Healing will:
</p><ul><li><p>Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings of comprehensive surgical devices and solutions including the hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms. The Account Executive &ndash; AHH will have a focus on growing our hemostasis and wound closure platforms
</p></li><li><p>With a platform focus, Account Executives will sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
</p></li><li><p>Be assigned a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital Institutions.
</p></li><li><p>Be accountable to attain the forecast in their assigned accounts / territory.
</p></li><li><p>Have responsibility for setting priorities and making sound business decisions based on an understanding of sales opportunities within accounts.

</p><ul><li><p>Trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the Operating Room environment.

</p></li><li><p>2+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medial device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare, demonstrating exceptional achievement of sales objectives

$65,000-$105,225<p>
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:</p>
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation&rsquo;s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company&rsquo;s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company&rsquo;s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company&rsquo;s long-term incentive program.
