<div>KBR is looking for an Workshop Superintendent - Maintenance Head to guarantee that daily Refinery maintenance activities to include corrective, preventive, &amp; predictive for various equipment are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, &amp; quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, &amp; operation continuity.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and lead overall department functions, direction to employees, evaluation, coordination and ensure to complete the project task within set timeline in accordance with organization's policies.</li><li>Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities.</li><li>Prepare, optimize and track PM schedule of Equipment, minimize breakdowns with effective monitoring and scheduling maintenance program to ensure operational availability of equipment.</li><li>Manage day-to-day activities (welding &amp; Fabrication shop, Scaffolding &amp; Insulation workshop, Heavy Lift &amp; Rigging Division). Manage planned or unplanned equipment repairs.</li><li>Manage resources/equipment/machinery to the site for routine and in emergency situations.</li><li>Review work plan, job requests priorities to allocate resources, monitor workflow, MOS and procedures, meet and discuss with team to identify gaps and resolve problems.</li><li>Review weekly Plan, feedback to the Planning team to achieve the schedule compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with internal department, external workshop, OEM dealer for repairs, parts, any issues.</li><li>Manage and lead to ensure all equipment, workshop facilities are maintained and meet HSE standards.</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>
 Manage and recommend and schedule EE&rsquo;s safety and technical trainings. Manage and review daily, weekly and Monthly maintenance performance reports, time sheet, KPIs etc.<ul><li>Respond promptly in case of emergency. Ensure reporting of any incident/accident or violation occurs.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field</li><li>
Previous experience as a maintenance engineer in refining environment or equivalent</li><li>
12 + years of refinery plant experience</li><li>
Good knowledge of<ul><li>
Fabrication shop equipment</li><li>
Piloting of maintenance contracts</li><li>
Safety rules</li></ul></li><li>
Proven ability to resolve problems as a leader within large organizations</li><li>
Well organized, proactive, &amp; strong communication skills</li><li>

2- مهندس أنظمة تحكم | Control System Engineer&middot; حاصل على بكالوريوس هندسة أنظمة تحكم او هندسة كهربائية لتكنلوجيا او هندسة شبكات ونظم معلومات او هندسة حاسب الي او هندسة الأجهزة الدقيقة.&middot; أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة على أنظمة التحكم الالي SCADA&middot; خبرة بمكونات منظومة التحكم PLC,HMI,VFD&middot; خبرة في تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية لأنظمة SCADA&middot; معرفة جيدة بالتعامل مع الأجهزة والمعدات الصناعية المرتبطة بنظام SCADA مثل siemens-Rockwell - Schneider وغيرها.&middot; المعرفة والإلمام التا م بتصميم بيئة أنظمة التحكم، والتأكد من مطابقتها للواقع، وتحديثها بصفة دورية&middot; مع أصحاب المصلحة. القدرة على تركيب وتشغيل مكونات الشبكة الجديدة وربطها بالشبكة الحالية.&middot; المعرفة العلمية لنظام &quot;سكادا&quot; وجميع مكوناته، والإلمام بالأنظمة المتاحة في المؤسسة، وتطويرها وفق ما تقتضيه الحاجة. القدرة على مراقبة أداء الشبكة.&middot; تدريب المستخدمين على استخدام نظام سكادا بالطريقة الأمثل، وتفعيل حساباتهم وفق خطة واضحة لتحديد المستخدمين الفعليين للنظام.&middot; معرفة جيدة بلغات البرمجة الخاصة بالمتحكمات المنطقية القابلة للبرمجةPLCs، وفهم فلسفة التشغيل العامة للأعمال التشغيلية.&middot; الاشراف على عمل التحديثات المطلوبة بما يتوافق مع أحدث الإصدارات ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.&middot; مراجعة &quot;دليل المستخدم لنظام سكادا&quot; بشكل دوري، وتحديثه كلما طرأت عليه تغييرات أو تعديلات جديدة.&middot; اعتماد خطة الصيانة الدورية على جميع المكونات والأنظمة الرئيسية الخاصة بالوحدة.&middot; وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية اللازمة لتلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات الوحدة.&middot; إدارة تشفير بيئة أنظمة التحكم وفقًا للمعايير المتبعة في المؤسسة.&middot; معرفة عامة بالأجهزة الدقيقةInstrumentations، وطرق ربطها بأنظمة التحكم، وفهم جيد لمبادئ الاتصالات الصناعية.&middot; حصر جميع أصول مكونات نظام &quot;سكادا&quot; وعمل التقارير اللازمة لمتابعة حالتها التشغيلية وضمان صحة النظام.&middot; تشغيل أنظمة التحكم، ومراقبة أداؤها، والتأكد من جودة مخرجاتها بما يحقق متطلبات الجهات المستفيدة من النظام.&middot; تنفيذ المشاريع ومتابعة مخرجاتها وتقديم التقارير اللازمة لنجاحها.&middot; تطبيق منهجية إدارة المخاطر، وإدارة المشاريع، وإدارة التغيير، والجودة.&middot; دعم مشاريع المؤسسة بشكل عام، ومشاريع تقنية المعلومات بشكل خاص فيما يتعلق بأعمال الإدارة والأقسام والوحدات.&middot; الرفع بالمشاريع التطويرية المقترحة لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقسم.&middot; خبرة في مجال العمل على مشاريع المياه.&middot; القدرة على كتابة المواصفات الفنية لمشاريع المياه.&middot; خبرة في تصميم برامج أنظمة التحكم. &middot; إنجاز أي مهام وأعمال أخرى متطلبة بما يخدم مصلحة الإدارة.2- Control System Engineer&middot; Bachelor's degree in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Network and Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Precision Instrumentation Engineering.&middot; More than 5 years of experience in SCADA automation systems.&middot; Experience with control system components: PLC, HMI, VFD.&middot; Experience in implementing technical projects for SCADA systems.&middot; Good knowledge of dealing with industrial devices and equipment related to SCADA systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, and others.&middot; Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with designing control system environments, ensuring their compliance with reality, and updating them regularly.&middot; Ability to install and operate new network components and connect them to the existing network with stakeholders.&middot; Scientific knowledge of the SCADA system and all its components, familiarity with the systems available in the organization, and developing them as needed.
