 Key Responsibilities

 Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding activities for new employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
 </li>

 Coordinate employee training and development programs

 Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions.

 Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industrial sector recruitment experience is required. Oil &amp; Gas industry experience is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
