We are a fast-growing, cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising across Amazon's live sports properties. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>5+ years of program or project management experience</li><li>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li>Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Experience with ad serving platforms, advertising technology systems, or media operations platforms</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across competing organizational priorities</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>7+ years of program or project management experience</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification</li><li>Experience managing global advertising programs across multiple countries and regions</li><li>Deep knowledge of live streaming, production operations, or broadcast advertising workflows</li><li>Proven track record of mentoring and developing other program managers or team members</li><li>Experience working directly with Director and VP-level stakeholders to shape business strategy</li></ul><br>
