Job Description: Store KeeperDepartment: Supply Chain / Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / Procurement ManagerPosition SummaryThe Store Keeper is responsible for the efficient management of all inventory, purchasing coordination, receiving, storage, stock issuance, and logistics activities. The role ensures accurate inventory records, maintains optimum stock levels, supports daily operations, and guarantees that all food, beverage, bakery, pastry, packaging, and operational supplies are properly controlled in accordance with company standards.The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Food &amp; Beverage industry, preferably within a specialty coffee shop, bakery, pastry, or restaurant environment, with excellent knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/POS software, and warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management<ul><li>Manage daily receiving, storage, issuing, and transfer of all inventory items.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.</li><li>Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.</li><li>Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure First In First Out (FIFO) and First Expired First Out (FEFO) are implemented.</li><li>Monitor expiry dates and damaged products.</li><li>Maintain organized storage areas following food safety and HACCP standards.</li></ul>Purchasing Support<ul><li>Prepare Purchase Requests based on inventory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with approved suppliers regarding deliveries.</li><li>Compare supplier quotations when required.</li><li>Follow up pending purchase orders.</li><li>Ensure all received items match approved Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes.</li></ul>Receiving &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Inspect all incoming goods for:</li><li>Quantity</li><li>Quality</li><li>Expiry dates</li><li>Packaging condition</li><li>Product specifications</li><li>Reject non-conforming items.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation during receiving.</li></ul>Stock Issuance &amp;
