We are searching for an experienced Welder at our Atlanta, GA facility.
 
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Welder - Fabrication position in the Operations Department in Atlanta is a hands-on role focusing on various welding and fabrication tasks. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and executing precise welding techniques. This position is fundamental in constructing and repairing various articles, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Study and interpret blueprints or drawings for construction or repair projects. 
Perform basic welding tasks using Mig and Tig techniques. 
Adjust welding equipment to suit different materials. 
Use various tools such as clamps, jigs, flame cutters, plasma cutters, and drills. 
Grind and polish steel to achieve the desired finish. 
Required Qualifications:
Required Experience:
 
Minimum of 1-3 months of related experience in welding and fabrication. 
Prior experience with various welding techniques and equipment. 
 
Required Education:
 
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 
 
Desired Qualifications:
 
Welding Qualification and/or Certification. 
Experience in construction and a mechanical aptitude. 
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints. 
 
Competencies:
 
Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
Attention to detail in design and execution. 
Dependability in following instructions and meeting commitments. 
Awareness and adherence to safety and security procedures.

We are currently hiring a TIG Welder for our manufacturing team in Atlanta, Georgia. We&rsquo;re looking for someone experienced in welding, especially TIG, who takes pride in precision and quality. Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Weld stainless steel and other metals using TIG techniques to meet quality standards.</li><li>
Prepare materials and set up equipment for each job.</li><li>
Inspect welds for accuracy, cleanliness, and strength.</li><li>
Read blueprints and follow welding symbols.</li><li>
Follow all safety rules and use required protective equipment.</li><li>
Keep welding tools and equipment in good working condition.</li><li>
Work with the production team to meet deadlines and improve workflows.</li><li>
Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient.</li><li>
Help test new welding methods when needed.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.</li><li>
3+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably in manufacturing.</li><li>
Able to read blueprints and use various welding methods (TIG, MIG, Stick).</li><li>
Welding certification is a plus but not required.</li><li>
Physically able to stand, lift, and work in factory conditions.</li><li>
Must be able to handle equipment safely.</li></ul>
