Qualifications 
Required

Academic Credentials: 
PhD in Business Administration, Management, or similar.</li>

Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience (for Associate &amp; Full Professor ranks), with demonstrated teaching excellence.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Professional Expertise: 
Strong evidencing professional and/or research-based work in the area of the professional expertise.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Technical Skills: 
Proficiency in industry-standard software.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Research and Scholarship: 
Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, and/or recognized professional practice.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Communication Skills: 
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Cultural Competency: 
Experience working effectively in multicultural academic environments.</li></ul> 


Preferred

Emerging Technologies: 
Expertise in AI implementation.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Accreditation Experience: 
Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB or equivalent).</li>
