Telesales Agent

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our properties and real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role focuses on promoting off-plan projects, property sales and providing top-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email and WhatsApp to promote property projects.
  • Present and explain off-plan investment opportunities in a professional manner.
  • Generate qualified leads and set up appointments for property viewings or meetings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide consistent follow-ups to clients to build trust and close deals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sales process.
  • Keep records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven at least one year experience in telesales, real estate and customer services in UAE.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and team player.
