Nomic is the domain-specific AI platform accelerating the design and construction of the built world. We deploy AI agents that understand drawings, specs, codes, and project data-working inside the systems AEC teams already use, without moving data or replacing existing tools. Firms use Nomic to automate drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, and project research.
We work with top-four global engineering and construction firms and are growing quickly across North America, APAC, and the Middle East.
Nomic equips our revenue teams with the best AI tooling available, you will sell our product using state-of-the-art tools for research, outreach, and deal execution, alongside engineers and researchers who have built some of the most capable systems in the industry.
Position Summary
The Middle East represents one of the highest-growth AEC markets in the world-driven by giga-projects, national infrastructure programs, and aggressive digital transformation mandates across the Gulf. Accordingly we are hiring an Account Executive to own the Middle East territory-AEC firms, engineering consultancies, contractors, and asset owners across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and adjacent Gulf markets. You will own the full sales cycle for the region, from pipeline generation through close and into expansion.
This is a sales role first. Pipeline comes from direct outreach, industry events, regional partner channels, and your existing network. You will navigate multi-stakeholder deals across engineering leadership, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors, alongside regional procurement realities-local entity requirements, payment terms, and data residency questions. You will report to our Head of Revenue and work with Forward Deployed Engineering on every technical evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development
Build and own pipeline across the Middle East-UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and adjacent Gulf markets
Prospect into AEC firms, engineering consultancies, contractors, and asset owners through direct outreach, industry events, and your existing network
Develop regional partner channels-systems integrators, resellers, and consultancies-alongside direct efforts
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot
Sales Execution
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, technical qualification, demo, pilot scoping, commercial negotiation, and close
Lead platform evaluations and paid pilots in coordination with Forward Deployed Engineering
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across engineering leadership, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors
Manage regional procurement realities-local entity requirements, payment terms, data residency questions, and public-sector processes where relevant
Account Growth & Expansion
Own customer relationships post-close through implementation and into expansion, coordinating with Onboarding and Customer Success
Identify expansion opportunities: additional seats, new use cases, and adjacent business units
Build regional references and case studies that support continued growth
Regional Contribution
Partner with leadership on territory strategy, key account planning, and complex deal support
Provide market intelligence back to leadership: buyer behavior, competitive activity, localization needs, and pricing expectations
Represent Nomic at regional AEC conferences and industry events
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5–8 years of B2B software sales experience in the Middle East with a consistent record of quota attainment
Established network within the regional AEC or technology ecosystem-you can open doors on day one
Demonstrated ability to run full sales cycles independently, including enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder committees
Working knowledge of regional business practices, procurement norms, and commercial dynamics across GCC markets
Based in Dubai or Riyadh, with willingness to travel regularly across the region for customer meetings and industry events
Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
AEC industry experience-Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, or comparable-or direct experience within an AEC firm
Experience selling AI, automation, or technical SaaS platforms
Experience with giga-project or large infrastructure program environments
Comfort operating with limited in-region infrastructure and coordinating across time zones with a US-based team
