We are looking for an experienced ArabicImplementation Engineer to join our team and support the successful implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of our software solutions.
-Key Responsibilities - but are not limited to-:
- Implement and configure software solutions according to customer requirements.
- Work closely with customers, technical teams, developers, and project managers.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation solutions.
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Prepare implementation documentation, configurations, and technical reports.
- Conduct user training and support customers during go-live.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in software implementation, deployment, integration, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise software, or AI solutions is a plus.
