 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Head of Science Department, successful candidates will be responsible for:

 Delivering first-and second-year undergraduate laboratory course content
 </li>
 <li>
 Engaging students using creative and innovative teaching approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing timely and constructive feedback on assessments and assignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Assessing and evaluating student progress in line with course outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with faculty teams to support curriculum goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing instructional resources and maintaining an effective learning environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhering to institutional policies on academic integrity, attendance, and student support
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in a relevant discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related applied or pedagogical field) from a recognized university
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of three (3) years of full-time teaching experience at the upper secondary level or in post-secondary/higher education institutions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Post-graduate certificate, diploma, or degree in education or teaching methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience teaching first-year undergraduate courses
 
 
 </li>
