The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.</li><li>Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing reports.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Support budget preparation and cost monitoring for construction projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and support internal and external audits.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Saudi National (Required).</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certification (SOCPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Saudi regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Budgeting and cost control.</li><li>Bank and account reconciliations.</li><li>Accounts payable and receivable management.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Role &amp; Responsibilities. - For Junior Accountant - Saudi National/ Citizen only1. Accounting &amp; Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, collections, purchases, and expenses in Zoho Books.2. Cash Management: Verify cash expense documents, ensure tax‑compliant documentation, record transactions, request cash top‑ups, and deposit cash sales to the corporate bank account.3. Purchase Management: Coordinate purchases with HQ, manage the full purchase cycle, support monthly branch cash purchases, and verify deliveries with discrepancy reporting.4.
