<div>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.</li><li>
Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.</li><li>
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.</li><li>
Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>
Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>
English proficiency is preferred.</li><li>
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.</li></ul></div>
