Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Responsible to manage full set of Accounts,</li><li>Prepare month-end and year-end closing, account analysis,</li><li>Responsible for update the accounting system and maintenance works,</li><li>Maintain Accounts Payable paperwork at completion of the check run, review all invoices for appropriate, documentation and approval prior to payment</li><li>Oversee Accounts Receivable aging, follow up any long overdue accounts, adjust necessary write-of fs and payment reversals</li><li>Ensure record completeness, proper system procedures, approval, and controls in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements,</li><li>Maintain the fixed asset register and associated depreciation schedules on the local accounting system; insure updated record of new purchases and disposals</li><li>Maintain Kiabi internal Purchase Order Processing system</li><li>Balance Sheet and P&amp;L Analysis &amp; reconciliation</li><li>Monthly expense variance analysis</li><li>Inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting</li><li>Assist in preparing year-end audit and tax declaration</li><li>Being in communication with banks and having cash management experience</li><li>Handle ad hoc projects,</li><li>Handle inquiries from group companies,</li><li>Contribute to a positive work environment with strong staff morale, staff quality and bench strength.</li></ul><p><b>
Reporting Line</b></p><p>
Direct reporting line to Finance Manager in Hong Kong and dotted line to Turkey Country Leader.</p><b><br>
Qualifications</b><p><b><br>
Training and experience:</b></p><ul><li>University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Economics</li><li>With a CPA lisence</li><li>Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in Turkish accounting / finance related field</li><li>Technical knowledge of local accounting requirements, IFRS, Turkish Tax Law &amp; regulations and forex regulation</li><li>Sound accounting experience in multinational company.</li><li>Technically competent in resolving day-to-day operations relating to accounting and finance matters.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in MS office</li><li><b>Fluency in English is a must</b></li><li>Analytical thinking and strong sense of responsibilities</li><li>A good team player with a positive and &quot;can do&quot; attitude</li></ul><b><br>
