The Training and Development Admin is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for the organization's learning and development initiatives. This role ensures the efficient planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting of training programs while maintaining accurate employee training records and supporting the development of a skilled and competent workforce.<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar in coordination with department heads.</li><li>Arrange training venues, equipment, training materials, refreshments, and other logistical requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal trainers, external training providers, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.</li><li>Communicate training schedules, invitations, reminders, and joining instructions to participants.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee training records, attendance sheets, certifications, and competency matrices.</li><li>Prepare training certificates and distribute them to participants.</li><li>Process training requests, purchase requisitions, invoices, and vendor documentation.</li><li>Monitor training attendance, completion rates, certification status, and training effectiveness.</li><li>Compile participant feedback and evaluation reports to measure training outcomes.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, Training Administration, HR Administration, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience in healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or corporate environments is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
