Job Description: We are looking for a Retired Army Officer to join our team as an Administration Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, discipline, and administrative management skills to ensure smooth organizational operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization.</li><li>Maintain discipline, security, and overall administrative control within the premises.</li><li>Supervise support staff including security guards, drivers, and maintenance teams.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments for operational support.</li><li>Monitor office facilities, logistics, and general administration matters.</li><li>Maintain records and prepare administrative reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Retired Army Officer (Preferred: JCO / Captain / Major level).</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience in administration, security management, or operations will be preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage teams and maintain discipline in the workplace.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Age Limit: 40&ndash;55 years (flexible for experienced candidates)Salary &amp; Benefits: Market competitive salary package.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
