 We&rsquo;re hiring an Agentic Execution Lead &mdash; a hybrid of senior product thinker, client solutions architect, and project orchestrator. Your job is to take enterprise-grade operational challenges and deliver fully executed AI agent workflows, from discovery to deployment.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be the face of execution with our clients, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and constraints. Internally, you&rsquo;ll work closely with automation engineers, operations experts, and founders to own the path from SOP to live agent system.
 
 
 This isn&rsquo;t a PM role tucked behind a roadmap. This is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-oriented from day one.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>

 Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems for enterprise clients, from SOP breakdown to live deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather technical and process requirements, and manage delivery expectations
 </li>

 Convert ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration
 </li>

 Anticipate risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns&mdash;and solve them before they slow us down

 Required Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>

 6+ years in product, solutions, or client delivery roles - proven track record of working with external clients or partners to deploy complex systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services, startup experience or entrepreneurial environments preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, with limited oversight and shifting priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana or similar
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable building basic operational forecasts (e.g. time savings, resource allocation, deployment timelines) using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable
